Frequently asked questions

How do I get started?

Create a workspace and start on Free, or try Solo or Team free for 14 days. No credit card is needed to start.

How is Team priced?

Per user, per workspace. Each member is $8 a month, with a minimum of 2, so two people pay $16. Guests and viewers don't use a seat.

What is the difference between Solo and Team?

Solo is one person in one workspace, at $4 a month. Team is for two or more people and adds teammates, teams and member roles, guests and viewers, and team-scoped agent keys.

Is this the final price?

It is launch pricing. Teams that join early keep the price they signed up at, even if we change it for new customers later.

What happens when I reach a Free limit?

You can't add more of that resource until you upgrade, such as a 101st issue. Nothing is deleted or hidden, and everything you already have stays readable and editable.

Who pays for the models my agents use?

You do, directly. Agent runs happen on your own machine with your own Claude Code subscription or API key, so Wheelhouse doesn't resell model usage and doesn't mark it up.

What happens to my data over time?

Issues, docs, ideas, decisions and the knowledge map are kept for as long as your workspace exists. Only activity and run logs expire, after 14 days on Free and 90 on paid plans.

Do I need the rest of Shipstack?

No. Wheelhouse is a standalone developer tool with its own plan.

One workspace for your team and agents.
